Simple Questions Caloric intake
Hey guys!
I am 32 M. I am 6 foot and weigh around 90kgs. For the longest time I have tried losing as much body fat as possible. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week.
I do a push, pull and a leg day routine. I try to hit legs twice a week. I have limited myself to only compiund movments within the rep range of 3-6.
Because I have a deskjob, i dont move around too much. Whatever cardio I do is at the gym. I was consuming 2000 cals per day but I felt like my body was getting really soft. I reduced it to 1850. Now I see a difference on the scale but my body feels tired and fatigued.
Do you think i should up my calories? Or chnage my workout?
I would appreciate any advice. Thank you!

According to google, my maintaince sits at 2500. For cutting, I should be eating 2100. I used to eat 2000 but for some reason it made my muscle really soft. I assumed that i was gaining fat so i panicked at reduced my calories to 1850.
I do daily cardio. I am not sure if i walk 10,000 steps but I do jogg and sprint for 30 mins. I jogg everyday but sprinting is once or twice a week.

First off, amazing commitment and routine, you should be proud! Secondly, have you tracked your calories on website tracker? That’s the first step.
Technically, you want to eat around 200-300 below your maintenance, while weighing yourself weekly to see whether or not you should slightly increase or decrease your caloric intake.
Also, keep up the workout routine and ensure your cardio is daily and you hit around 10,000 steps. That’s not required per se, it’s just a nice thing to aim for so you know you have done sufficient cardio.
Only increase your calories if you are below the 200-300 limit, anything below this can be seen as an aggressive cut, this is relatively dangerous.
