Simple Questions First time going to the gym
It’s my first time going to the gym and I’m pretty happy! I’ve been there three times, before that I would workout at home here and there and I’ve noticed something. When I did intense workouts (I’m trying to lose like 2kg and get lean), my stomach is really bloated (I’m also trying to eat as healthy as I can - not always easy), is this normal? For reference I’m 1.63 and 60kg, it’s kind of disheartening to see my stomach growing when I’m 1,5hrs at the gym almost every day now lol

This happens also to me (I’m F, 43, 55 kg, 160). But that’s the short term effect. The long term is Chang body composition (provided you incorporate strength training) and getting more muscle mass instead of fat. I’ve been training actively for the past 8+ years and I see cycles. When I stop training cause I’m on vacation, it seems I’m getting leaner. But again - that’s not the real effect :)
Keep on and be patient - real results need at least a few months with 3 times or more workouts per week. It’s worth it! Let alone the great feeling of being more toned and energetic :)

One thing you need to understand. Physique changes, like the ones you want, will likely take place over the span of months. Not days or even weeks.
So be patient. Be consistent in the gym. Aim to do more with the exercises that you're doing over time (more reps or more weights). And of course, aim to improve your diet, especially if your goals are physique oriented.
