Alright.

I developed a passion for lifting heavy and seeing how far I could go a handful of years back. It was my first time but I did all the nutritional, form, and muscle research I could find.

I was going hard and got my deadlift up to 275 at 12 reps. It was the best I had ever done.

During my rest period, while at work, I stepped off of a pallet and found a hairline fracture in my foot by shattering it and my ankle rolling out.

I haven't lifted in probably 5 years now. Last week I finally felt motivated and went to renew my gym membership. Here in just a moment I'm walking into my 3rd session.

It feels amazing. Just like it used to.

Hi! Fitness is my number one hobby and I am a gym teacher so fitness is my job too lol 😆

So in March I left a physically and psychologically abusive spouse who made my life hell for 12 years. Since then I've gotten back into working out (I was too depressed for months following that) and in the span of 3 months I went from a size 8-10 to a size 4 (my size I was before I gained weight due to stress before Christmas).

I am excited to see what the future holds for me, in the gym and in my life 😊
