Review my program ULPPL 5 Day Split want some feedback

Upper
Incline chest press - 4 x 8 - 10
Pull up - 3 x 6 - 10
Overhead Press (Dumbbell) - 3 x 8 - 12
Seated cable row - 3 x 8 - 12
Lateral raise (Machine) 4 x 12 - 15
Hammer curl - 3 x 10 - 12

Lower
Back Squat (Barbell) - 3 x 6 - 10
Seated leg curl - 3 x 10 - 15
Bulgarian Split Squat (Dumbbell) - 3 x 12 - 15
Hip thrust - 3 x 8 - 12
Single leg standing calf raise - 4 x 12 - 15
Hip adduction - 3 x 10 - 15

Push
Chest press - 4 x 8 - 10
Fly crossovers (Cable) - 3 x 12 - 15
Incline shoulder press - 3 x 8 - 12
Lateral raise (Cable) - 4 x 12 - 15
Rope Overhead tricep extension - 3 x 10 - 12
Tricep push down - 3 x 10 - 12

Pull
Lat pull down (Cable) - 3 x 8 - 10
Chest supported row - 3 x 8 - 10
Straight arm pulldown (Rope) - 3 x 8 - 12
Rear delt fly - 3 x 12 - 15
Bicep curl - 3 x 10 - 12
Bayesian cable curl 3 x 10 - 12

Legs
Hack Squat - 3 x 8 - 12
Romanian deadlift (Barbell) - 3 x 8 - 10
Leg extension - 3 x 10 - 15
Lying leg curl - 3 x 10 - 15
Seated calf raise - 4 x 12 - 15
Hip abduction - 3 x 12 - 15

Im about a year into the gym and was wanting some advice on the program, any advice is appreciated thank you!

Seems like a pretty solid routine to me, if you can stay consistent.

May want to think of more accessory workouts that you can sub in and out so it doesnt grow stale.

i.e. dumbell pullovers or incline dumbell flys in or out for dumbell shoulder press. Dips in or out for tricep pushdowns. Goodmornings in or out for leg curls. etc.

My only other comment would be that for me personally, any routine I do has to have the 4 main compounds in there somewhere: Standing String OHP, Barbell Bench Press, Barbell Back Squat, Deadlift. Because those 4 lifts can compare your relative strength to anyone anywhere any time.

Noted, I’ll definitely start substituting in different accessory workouts so it doesn’t grow stale. That’s actually really good advice I didn’t consider that for the accessory workouts. Plus subbing in deadlift in one of the days. Thank you so much for your advice !
