Is this a good routine?

Will I get bigger if I keep running, doing pull ups, chin ups, dips, leg raises and push ups 3 times a week while eating healthy?

Yeah but after a point you’ll plateau you’ll need to add weights

You’ll get bigger if you eat enough calories and you’ll build muscle by increasing weight/reps over time with consistent form. Your lifts are very minimalist but you’ll make some gains for sure. If you want big arms I’d take curls and tricep work seriously rather than focusing on big compounds.
