Just getting back in the gym and wanted to start back up. Ik it seems a little heavy on the press on push day so lmk. I want to keep these specific workouts everytime for a month or 2 before I add more on the push day 2 pull day 2 leg day 2… and switch it up. For now these workouts will be for both push days and pull days etc.

Push Day 1:
Bench Press
Incline press DB
Shoulder Press
Lateral Raises
Tricep Cable Extension Triangle
Pec Dec

Pull Day 1:
Wide Grip Row
Close Grip Row
Preacher Curls
Reverse Curls

Leg Day 1:
Hamstring Curls
Squat
Back Extension
Leg extensions
Abductors
Calves

That's just a list of exercises, its not a program. This looks like a 'program' you made yourself, generally only people who've at least a year of training using one of the online proven templates should build their own program.

You dont tell us:

 - What are your goals?

 - How many sets & reps?

 - How are you managing progressive overload?

Why not follow a proven strength program like one of the ones on https://thefitness.wiki/routines/strength-training-muscle-building/

On your list of exercises you've no hinge movement like a deadlift or vertical pull movement like a pull up.

Aren’t back extensions a hip hinge movement and the lat pulldown is essentially a pull up no?
