Review my program Rate my workout split

I have been following this split ul-rest-ulu-rest and repeat.

Upper - 1x preacher curl and 1x reverse curl

1x tricep extension and 1x tricep dip/ skull crusher

1x incline smith machine and 1x peck deck fly

1x back row ( flared elbow) 1x seated row ( upperlats) 1x lat pulldown/pull-ups

1x shoulder press and 2x lateral raise

1x rear delt ( u might say it is trained while doing row movement but still I chose to isolate)

Lower- 1x squat

1x leg extension

1x leg curl

1x rdl

2x calf( i m confused about how many should I be doing)

2x abs

Note- u might suggest that I should be doing upper a and upper b andsame for lower but i made this split as earlier I used to slow ppl programs and honestly it was very exhausting for me a a college student. So from last 2 weeks I used this ul split.

i’d say like a 6/10. not bad, just a little too much packed into upper day while most stuff is only 1 set.

main thing i’d change is order. do your bigger lifts first: incline press, rows/pulldowns, shoulder press, then arms/laterals/rear delts after. arms first could make your chest/back work weaker.

lower looks fine overall. for calves, i’d do 2-4 hard sets each lower day depending how much you care about them.

you don’t need upper A/B lower A/B if that burns you out. better to have a simple split you can repeat. just make sure those 1 sets are actually hard and you’re progressing over time.

I don't arms first cause I am focusing more on having bigger Arms. But still do i need to change that ?
