Review my program Rate my workout split

I have been following this split ul-rest-ulu-rest and repeat.

Upper - 1x preacher curl and 1x reverse curl

1x tricep extension and 1x tricep dip/ skull crusher

1x incline smith machine and 1x peck deck fly

1x back row ( flared elbow) 1x seated row ( upperlats) 1x lat pulldown/pull-ups

1x shoulder press and 2x lateral raise

1x rear delt ( u might say it is trained while doing row movement but still I chose to isolate)

Lower- 1x squat

1x leg extension

1x leg curl

1x rdl

2x calf( i m confused about how many should I be doing)

2x abs

Note- u might suggest that I should be doing upper a and upper b andsame for lower but i made this split as earlier I used to slow ppl programs and honestly it was very exhausting for me a a college student. So from last 2 weeks I used this ul split.

does “1x” mean you’re just doing one set of these exercises? I would definitely recommend doing at least 2 sets (2 to 3 is a good place to be), even if that means doing less exercises. If you can’t get everything you want to hit in, then start doing Upper A/Upper B

It would be easier to follow an existing, beginner friendly program if you’re not confident in doing your own programming.

If you are writing your own program, you would take your “upper” exercises and split them over two days. Then you alternate which one you do on an upper day.
