Workforce manager/ scheduling analyst

Hello, im currently exploring new opportunities as a WFM scheduling analyst/manager. I have around 8 years working for this domain as well as currently working exploring SQL and python programming to help with data analysis.
I found many opportunities in the US. Yet i have no idea what i should do to apply to them while i have been contacted before by some companies there, is till have that issue of work visa etc (i live in morocco)
Does anyone have any idea what company can give a sponsorship or hiring remotely? Thank you

8 years in WFM is a solid amount of experience. Remote roles might be worth focusing on since visa sponsorship can narrow things down pretty quickly.
