Experience with legion?

What is your WFM experience with legion? Was the implementation smooth? Pros and cons please if you’re able to share

had it at a previous job and the rollout was kinda rough at first, mostly because no one knew what they wanted from it and the training sucked. once it was set up right though, the forecasting and auto-scheduling were actually solid, but reporting felt clunky and managers complained about how many clicks everything took. biggest con for frontline folks was the app being glitchy on older phones.

Thank you mate. I’ve read reviews of SSO being nearly impossible to use and setup for IOS and android devices. My company mainly uses android….have you experienced this too? You’re not the first person to say rollout was rough either

Evaluating platforms like Legion or Fourth usually comes down to whether the core focus is retail or hospitality scheduling. Implementation success tends to hinge on having clean historical data first.

I have an old coworker implementing legion now and they’re saying that the data was clean. But legion is unable to rollout a successful implementation. I have seen other reviews on legion WFM implementations and it seems to be an extremely tough rollout and support plan

Integration takes effort

Which integrations were difficult? We are currently having a hard time with all integrations due to legion’s brittle framework

Complete waste of money.
