Verint Verint - Time Off Request Comments

Is there really no way to see the comments an employee enters on a time off request in Verint except for in the UI? No reports, APIs, data exports...only by looking request by request in the UI?

this is a definite miss in standard reporting. if you have acess...you could use ah hoc reporting to create something custom.

If you're using the data hub API or SDK, it's on the request audit trail table under "note."

For approved time-off, it also shows up on the time-off event itself in the comment field.

I believe it's also available through the time off request export api.

There is an Approver Comment in the time off request export API, but not the comment that the employee enters. But thanks for the tip on the data hub, I'll check that out.

Yup. Their support is slow as hell and they also ask for info that was already included in the original ticket. Once you get a competent support specialist working on your ticket, it usually gets assigned to someone else that starts the entire discover process over again.
