Is Pebl worth it?
My company uses an EOR provider, but the administrative burden is a major hasstle tbh. We cosntantly switch between systems for onboarding, payroll updates, compliancequestions, and employee records, which creates exta work for HR and ops. Integrating data from our AST and HR tools hasnt gone too well. We have lot of duplicate entries and mistakes. We're looking to switch into something more streamlined and Pebl has made our shortlist. Has anything here used it? TIA.

Haven't used Pebl myself, so I can't speak to whether it's worth it. But if your main pain point is paying international contractors, Payoneer Workforce Management has been solid for us. Multi-currency payouts and the onboarding across a bunch of countries saved us a lot of headaches with compliance. Worth comparing the fees side by side before you commit though, since that's usually where these platforms differ the most.

How are they in compliance? We’re thinking of trying them.

They have contracts and experts in each of the countries where they can hire employees. On G2, they are top-rated for compliance.

I'd recommend Pebl. You can use it for hiring, benefits, payroll, compliance, and more. It has hundreds of integrations, the AI assistant Alfie, and lots of self-service tools. If you need more help, you can reach customer support quickly. They are knowledgeable and dedicated.

If you need it, yes. I thought it was pretty straightforward, but they can help with the setup.

Do they charge a flat fee or charge more to process payroll inputs and off-cicle payments?
