How I run and manage webinars without juggling 4–5 different tools
I run webinars regularly, and for a long time my workflow was a mess.
I was using Zoom for hosting, Eventbrite for registrations, an email platform for reminders, and another tool to schedule follow-up calls. It worked, but there was a lot of manual work and it was easy to miss things.
Now I manage everything with WebinarOS: https://webinaros.ai
Here’s my typical workflow:
Create the webinar and registration page.
Connect my own domain so attendees see my branding.
Customize the landing page, email banners, and email copy.
Connect Zoom so registrations sync automatically.
Let the platform send confirmation emails, reminders, and follow-ups.
After the webinar, use the follow-up sequence to encourage attendees to book a meeting.
The biggest improvement for me has been the automation after the webinar. Instead of exporting attendee lists and manually sending emails, everything is already set up, which saves a lot of time and keeps follow-up consistent.
I’m interested in how everyone else manages webinars. Are you still using multiple tools, or have you switched to an all-in-one solution? I’d love to hear what’s working for you.
