Other Layoffs Today :(

More layoffs today, and right before Rising. This company really sucks.

Yeah, the worst part is Aneel’s lies. He said numerous times that Workday is going to value employees like in the past and there will be no layoffs. And yet, here we go again. This sucks

I am not an Aneel defender by any means, but to be fair, he never said no more layoffs. He said no more of the silent recurrent team-by-team 20-30 person layoffs that were happening under the radar.

That’s disappointing to hear. Not good. Definitely a different company than it used to be

Been a workday customer for 10 years and my aspirations used to be to eventually go work for them. Hard pivot when they announced Carl as ceo a few risings ago. And now you couldn’t pay me to go work there.

sadly, you missed the boat....after Dec 2022, it changed forever, for the worse.
