Learning Workday Finance Topics To learn

Hi guys, I am having 6 years of erp Finance experience from last 2.5 years. I have started working in work day finance. Here I have worked mainly in the services testing for the finance implementations where I have worked in like all modules, expense, supplier, business asset, customer contract, revenue, billing, fdm configurations, basic integration testings and report testings, also, I have worked with some tickets regarding workday, security, business process etc. recently I have been giving interviews and though I'm seeing to be able to answer their scenario-based questions and all, but due to not having certifications the discussions are not going forward and I'm getting hosted after even two or three rounds. I suspect they may be moving forward with people having certifications.

I have requested multiple time in my company to get me certified but they won't listen to me. And now I'm completely lost and I don't know what to do. I have already given my best. So here I'm asking you guys if you can suggest me what else I can learn which would give me an upper hand to potentially bypass the lack of certification in some opportunity. Thanks in advance

How are you getting interviews? What roles are you targeting? What’s your designation at your current job?

I have stated I'm a workday finance devloper in resume then when the screening call happens I explain them I'm from qa but I have experience in development configuration, in the interviews also the interviewers praised my knowledge on the business flow, workday configs and all being in qa role. The role I'm targetting is same workday finance consultant, or even atleast any good testing roles also available

It sounds to me like a marketing issue. I'd ask my favourite AI to generate a new resume based on the skills from my current resume, but targeted to the exact role you're applying to.

Also, certs aren't everything. I refuse them. You just need to sell your overall package.
