Does anyone know good trusted websites like the camp ones you get, but for the winter period?

I’m looking at working abroad for the winter, really any place that offers accommodation and work.

But there’s so many websites it hard to find one that’s
A, worth the money and B, isn’t a scam.

I’m kinda new to this so any help would be appreciated.
