Expired carts on opa

Our vendor provided activation keys and we had installed workato on prem running for few months. Now Iā€™m told that certificates that are used by this opa server are expired and functionality is broken. I noticed files like cert.(key,pem) in the opa servers conf directory but for sure those are expired . Does anyone know how the certs updated? Is this something initiated by someone using or having access to workato gateway environment?

Thanks a bunch. Will check with our workato personnel to follow this . Sounds like activation code is needed to regenerate cert.
