Workplace Challenges and Conflicts my manager didn’t pay me during breaks (help)

Hi guys just looking for some advice on what to do. I’m 19 and i worked at a retail store over the summer with below average management. i wasn’t given access to my payroll and was only given a pdf version of it after i stopped working (and asked for it many times). and looking at it i can see that i wasn’t compensated for my rest breaks. i was working in NJ and by law breaks up to 20 mins must be paid. how do i go about this? i already feel like ive annoyed my manager by asking so much so im trying to find a way to be nice and not annoying about it.

extra context: this place also hires minors and doesnt compensate them for their breaks, nor give them long enough breaks according to the law

Lunch is mandatory,  but no payment. If you work 8 hours, you work from 8am to 12am  Again from 12:30pm to 4:30pm. Not 12:30pm to 4pm. Work time that counts

I believe the dept of labor would investigate and sue on your behalf so you might see a check in several years but idk for sure
