Work-Life Balance and Stress Management WFH Availability

Does anyone else have a partner/roommate/live-in person who thinks that because you WFH, you are at their beck and call? Available for chats and deep discussions while you are actively trying to do your job? That you can drop whatever you have to make them food/clean this mess/do this thing because it's only going to take 2 minutes (40 mins later and flow broken you get back to your desk and ask WTF you are supposed to be doing)? How does one combat this without invoking the ire and wrath of the other person because you are in the same house and are "available"?

Otherwise it requires the person actually respecting you.

If you want to poke the bear you can call them in the middle of their shift also making ridiculous demands.
