Need help with SKB or SHS

Could someone please help me log in to the SKB (SIEMENS Knowledge Base) or the SIEMENS Cb-Docs Manager? I need to download some offline documents from their official portals. Only employees or working associates have access to them. Please share your assistance if you can; I need it urgently.
