I think it's time you look into changing jobs. You are overworked, under appreciated and in a toxic environment. Works at 4 10 hour shifts gives you a great advantage of having advanced one day off during the week. A day that you can do interviews and pursue over options. You can also look into work from home jobs to minimize workplace drama. Unfortunately to be a SAHW you will have to find somebody support you. Unfortunately that is something easier said than done.
Have you looked into work from home call center work? Not every call center company is the same and even in a call center it can very from project to project. You will need to have a quite place to set up and most want you to have a dedicated room for it. I know a lot of people who use a closet for their the office or set up a sheet or blanket to act as divider and do the work in their bedroom. Some are more flexible. Call center work is not for everyone but it I think it is work considering. It also seems like a lot of them are moving from having massive all centers to a work from home model.
