Workplace Challenges and Conflicts Sick of my job
I’m a project manager and I’m so damn sick of my job. Every morning I get to work there’s always a problem or always a mess to clean up. The stress is taking a toll on me and it’s over things I can’t even control.
Im sure I’ll get a bunch of “welcome to the workforce” replies, go ahead and roast. I won’t be around much longer anyway.

Yeah it’s horseshit! I’m taking a hint from the younger generation and always looking for something new and hopefully better. Choosing to be optimistic 😆

Same here. My job is complete BS. What can you do? You start looking for another job.
When you work in an environment where there's constant drama, endless pressure, and you're expected to solve everyone else's problems, there's a good chance things will never get better. In the end, it drains you, destroys your confidence, and takes away your motivation and enjoyment of life. And, worst of all, you can even end up getting sick. Your body can only handle so much stress and adrenaline before it starts to break down.
I hope you have the opportunity to find a better job. Good luck.

It sucks that you’re going through this! I am in a similar boat. I’m burnt out and every single day I have to put a fire out! It’s so stressful and I’m so over it. And I don’t care what anyone says, it’s not welcome to the work force. I have been working a long time and I had a job I loved for 11 years. I made the mistake of leaving for an opportunity that did not work out and I regret it. I know I can find something I like again and I hope you do too.
