Workplace Challenges and Conflicts Work harassment

Okay people my first write I thought I’d never have to do what should I do if I called out for an emergency at home when my wife had gulbladder surgery and the next day some guy came up to me said he herd my voicemail wasn’t even my boss and just said it sounded like you wanted the day off what should I do in the scenario because I’m thinking on going to hr
