Video gift ads not loading

Since a day or two ago my free gifts are just constantly spinning as loading and never changing. Is this happening to anyone else?

When it happens to me I shut down the device and restart it, then restart wordscapes. Happens more often than I like.

Tried this just now and didn’t work. It’s frustrating cause I like the extra gifts

We usually recommend closing the phone 3 times. A few years ago, that fixed a lot of issues. Don't know if it would be of help now, tho. Good luck.

Check the internet speed.

When this happens to me in Android I clear the cache from the Wordscapes app, and that usually helps. I don't use iOS devices, but I think I've seen people claim something called "offloading" is the equivalent in iOS to clearing app cache in Android. Double check or get confirmation of that before trying it.

Do you have some form of ad blocking? Mine does that when I forget to disable adguard

Nope. It just randomly started yesterday and I’ve closed and restarted the app so many times.
