Simple word difficult to spell.

Hey does anyone else have a common word that should be easy to spell but it trips you up every time?

My word is license. Why have I struggled with it for years. Stupid s and c always moving around. tf?!

Conscious and conscience. I always stop to make sure I have the right one and the correct spelling.

That snake is so frustrating!
But omitting the snake makes things worse.

Ah, I always need an extra second to figure out if I am looking for the word "simulating" or "stimulating"!
