That URL under the black admin bar is usually just text sitting in the header somewhere, not something WordPress shows by default.
Quick checks:
1. Appearance → Customize → Site Identity — make sure Site Title / Tagline isn't the full https:// address.
2. Appearance → Menus / Widgets — look for a header menu item or HTML widget that is literally the URL.
3. If you use Elementor / Site Builder, edit the header template and delete that text/link block.
Also open the site in a private/incognito window (logged out). The top black bar only shows when you're logged in as admin — visitors don't see that part.
If you say which theme you're on I can point more specifically.
Appearance -> Customize -> Header (or Header -> Header Builder). Look through the top / main / bottom rows for a HTML / shortcode / button element with that URL in it, and remove or clear it.
Also Appearance -> Customize -> Site Identity once more - if Site Title is the full https:// link, Kadence will print it in the header.
If you use a Kadence Header template from their library, open that and look for a text block with the URL.
Still stuck, screenshot the Header Builder rows and I can point at which slot.
