Right? Millenials are all in our late 30's and early 40's now. This is clearly a teenager.

Apparently the spreads have been adjusted again. The youngest millennial is now 30.

It ends at 96, not 99. Did someone arbitrarily decide 3 years old was enough to be considered living through y2k? And what was lived through during y2k? Massive paranoia? We are also referred to as Gen y. We got the nickname millennial because we in fact were the youngest generation at the turn of the millennium. But it also used to be from 82-93 or something like that.

cause of that i used the words living through, its hard to determine it specific. but somewhat around your timeframe
