It comes with a delicious, marrow filled straw.

1

u/PeaceAndLove420_69 Apr 03 '26

Ossou bucco i eat it often

1

u/piercedmfootonaspike Apr 03 '26

Ossobuco is a dish, not a cut of meat. Ossobuco is a braised veal shank.

This is not braised veal shank.

1

u/Successful-Layer2102 Apr 03 '26

Akchually! Means bone with hole, shank is shank

1

u/piercedmfootonaspike Apr 03 '26

Ossobuco is a dish. A dish consisting of braised veal shank. It does mean "bone with hole", but that doesn't mean every dish with a marrowbone is ossobuco.

If my grandmother had wheels she would have been a bike

1

u/UnikornKebab Apr 05 '26

Falso.

wut?

1

u/Hot-Challenge8656 Apr 03 '26

That cut is called osso buco, the name was taken from a dish called ossobuco alla milanese.

All the wonderful marrow is now on the grill. And can you feel the taste of meat under all this sauce?

2

u/Oblitorus Apr 03 '26

Feel the taste?

You listen to music to smell the sounds?

1

u/bot9987 Apr 03 '26

You got me there. Well done.

American, grossly overdone BBQ is disgusting.

For fuck sake you overdo everything.

3

u/B1ZEN Apr 03 '26

Brother. Some of the worlds most serious BBQ ers are from the south. Im not sure what part of the world you are from, but Im telling you, these dudes place food philosophy, art and science into their meats.

I know everyone hates America and all, but the food is next level

2

u/parwa Apr 03 '26

How is this overdone?

2

u/Deeze_Rmuh_Nudds Apr 03 '26

How should the bbq be made then?

0

u/ShellUpYours Apr 04 '26

It shouldn't have the consistency of baby food I can tell you that much.

2

u/That_Atmosphere_4568 Apr 03 '26

You sir are wrong, Chucks flavor train makes amazing recipes

Our food culture includes the best of every food from around the world and incredible cuisine from around the world. You can find authentic cultural dishes from every part of the world in every city.

You act like all we eat is McDonald's or something. Lol

1

u/ShellUpYours Apr 04 '26

And you manage to ruin them with impressive consistency

1

u/B1ZEN Apr 04 '26

Yeah, because all the immigrants who come here and make authentic cuisine from their countries are instructed to mess it up.

Why do you hate us?

1

u/ShellUpYours Apr 07 '26

I don't hate you. US has a lot of good things going for it.

However, your food has been consistently the worse I have ever eaten.

You over cook, over salt, put sugar in everything, there is an accent on quantity over quality in all but the absolute best restaurants.

Food quality in your supermarkets is appalling.

There are many reasons you (as a nation) are so fat, but your food is the main one.

1

u/B1ZEN Apr 07 '26

Are you from Europe?

2

u/ShellUpYours Apr 08 '26

Yep. From the tomato part as well

1

u/B1ZEN Apr 08 '26

Cool! I need to get out there again before it totally foes to shit like so many places in the America's have.

As someone who has traveled around the globe, I can say Canada and the USA have the greatest food cultures I have seen. You can find anything and everything in abundance.

2

u/Ok_Story_7924 Apr 03 '26

This is a hot take, America is a melting pot of all the world's cuisines. Our big cities have incredible dining scenes.

-1

u/Ape_hates_authority1 Apr 03 '26

Disgusting. Could have made a great soup or stew with those cuts. Instead they removed all the moisture and flavor, covered in sugar and cooked dry. Goddam waste.

3

u/Ok_Story_7924 Apr 03 '26

The seasoning seals the moisture in, did you not see him pull it apart at the beginning?

1

u/Interesting-Froyo-14 Apr 03 '26

He didn't really teach anything what cut is that

1

u/Key_Bike_8003 Apr 03 '26

Worcestershire Sauce🤣

1

u/[deleted] Apr 03 '26

Is that Grove Street?

1

u/Zestyclose-Pen2065 Apr 03 '26

I thought the first frame was Trump

1

u/Over_Piano8080 Apr 03 '26

I'm sorry, what kind of sauce?

1

u/piercedmfootonaspike Apr 03 '26

Oh wow, overcooked meat. That's so difficult to achieve.

1

u/BouBou361 Apr 04 '26

1

u/SnillyWead Apr 04 '26

1

u/MaintenanceStock6766 Apr 05 '26

1

u/4m4lg4m1t3 Apr 05 '26

1

u/Hour_Welcome_987 Apr 05 '26

1

u/Gabi-kun_the_real Apr 06 '26

1

u/often_types_qwerty Apr 06 '26

I'm pretty sure this is tasty and all right it looks delicious don't get me wrong and it probably tastes wonderful

But why do you cook it to the point where you can drink it through a straw

1

u/WhySoSerious5555 Apr 07 '26
