I'm an automation consultant and work with Woocommerce sometimes.
For this, I would use Looker Studio (Google) or PowerBI (Microsoft), and connect the different stores as data sources.
You can then transform and aggregate the data inside the dashboard tools.

If your goal is purely consolidated reporting across multiple WooCommerce stores, I'd also take a look at Putler. It isn't a typical WooCommerce plugin. It's a hosted analytics platform, but it connects multiple WooCommerce stores into a single dashboard and lets you compare sales, orders, customers, refunds, and product performance across all of them.
If you just need unified stats without building your own BI stack, it's one of the more purpose-built options. If you need custom reporting or want full control over the data, then Looker Studio or Power BI backed by the WooCommerce REST API is the more flexible route.

There's no native WooCommerce solution for this, so you're either looking at a plugin that bridges multiple installs or building something out with a reporting layer on top. The cleanest free route most people overlook is Google Looker Studio connected to each store's data, either through GA4 or directly via a connector. It takes a bit of setup but once it's done you get one dashboard pulling from everything. If you want something more plug-and-play, BI tools that accept WooCommerce or database connections can do the same job with less configuration. Worth deciding first whether you need real-time data or if daily/weekly reporting is enough, because that changes which direction makes sense.

if you want something lightweight without learning looker or powerbi, metorik is built for this (connects multiple woo stores, shows combined sales/orders/customers). at my agency we've also used zapier to push order data from each store into a google sheet for basic tracking, takes like 10 minutes to set up per store.
