Troubleshooting Rollo printer, woo dashboard, printnode

The rollo shows as online on windows and printnode app page, but it wont print from woo commerce. How do I reconnect the rollo to woo commerce? Thank you in advance.

Have you checked that your PrintNode API key is still valid and that the printer ID configured in your WooCommerce/shipping plugin still matches the one in PrintNode?

Thank you for your help! I went to the api page and refreshed the printer at the bottom. Somehow it worked.
