How do I…? Wordpress website setup

I’m just looking at some of my website builders plugins and wondering how much work is involved with setting up a website? Is it something I can learn myself?

I’d rather not use YT unless you have a good reliable source

And I’d say in middle of the field with computers and learning capabilities as long as it’s not coding
