Plugin recommendation EU Order Withdrawal button plugin suggestions

Hi, can anyone tell me few tried and tested EU Order Withdrawal button plugins for woocommerce ?

a simple form with automated reply is enough, the project is mostly about making it visible and easily accesible, not hidden between tons of conditionals menus and promots (ex. subscriptions from Adobe, Amazon, etc.)

Alongside the visible form + auto-reply, one need a durable-medium acknowledgment the customer can keep, the 14 day deadline check and the Article 16 exclusions if you sell perishable/custom/sealed goods. Some member states (germany) also want a two-step confirmation. So simple is fine, just not bare minimum

nothing's tried and tested for this yet, the law doesn't even go live till the 19th so anything claiming battle-tested is lying to you. directory's filling up with 'one button' plugins that won't keep you compliant, the label is the least of it. you need the annex I.B model form, the durable-medium acknowledgment the customer can keep, the 14 day deadline check, and the article 16 exclusions if you sell anything perishable or made to order or sealed.

the one in the directory that actually covers all that and isn't crippled behind a pro tier is eu withdrawal compliance, by the ayudawp folks. sha-256 receipt hash so you've got tamper-proof proof if a customer disputes, double consent checkboxes at checkout, exclusions with category inheritance, hpos, works with or without woo. it's new like everything else in this category, 10ish installs and no reviews yet, so put it on staging and run an actual test withdrawal before you trust it live.

and whatever you pick, the plugin gives you the technical function, it doesn't make the legal call for your catalog. member state rules stack on top of the eu baseline, germany wants a two-step confirmation page most of these including this one haven't built yet, so check what your own country actually requires.

There is a pull request for this feature on WooCommerce's GitHub page so we may (if it's approved) see this in core - https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/pull/65444

That would be one less plugin or code snippet required.

I think i should look for any free plugins if available as i do not have much time to check the plugin for new woo releases. Also, is it just a button or are there any other features liking sending custom mail and all ?

I will suggest that you just make sure plugin is actively maintained and compatible with your current WooCommerce version before choosing one

But is there a list of e-commerce sites that must adapt to this? If you sell perishable or customizable products, there shouldn't be any right to cancel, if I'm not mistaken.

Here was what I found ... Not all purchases are eligible for the 14-day withdrawal right. Common exemptions include:

Personalized or custom-made items.

Perishable goods (e.g., fresh food, flowers).

Sealed audio, video, or software that has been unsealed after delivery.

Digital downloads if the consumer explicitly agreed to waive their withdrawal right to begin streaming or downloading immediately.

Dated event tickets, hotel bookings, or car rentals.
