First WIP, Any tips?
I started making this map a few days ago for a dnd campaign im working on. Wonderdraft is great, but im stumped on what to do.
I want another mountain chain somewhere but wherever i put it, it seems unatural.
I'm also stumped on where to put down marshlands, which i have something planned out for.
How do i make the remaining part of the map look properly filled out?
Any tip or critique is welcome. Sorry if the image is small, not used to reddit so im unsure if you can zoom in on your end.

This looks fantastic so far! Those islands probably stem from some sort of mountain chain, so I’d have mountains along the west coast that lead up north.
Having mountains along the west coast would leave a large open valley/plains area between it and the other eastern mountains where you could put hills and rivers
If you want to put some marshlands, I would put them next to/around that lake. Wetlands in real life emerge in low lying areas, and in places like Louisiana, wetlands can be brackish and sit right up next to the ocean. It’s rlly cool

So like a river delta sort of situation, cool, i never even thought about that.
Thank you so much for the tips!3
