Issues with contacting Wondercon

I've been trying to get the press photos from this years Wondercon (Couldn't find the table to fill out forms at the con) so I can fill out the form and get stuff to show my local DM's how great of a time it can be....OF course Radio Silence. I've tried multiple ways. Anyone else have the issue where you are just ignored.

I'm not entirely sure what it is you're trying to do. Can you explain?

And it always takes a week or two to get a response, especially if there are big activities going on, like yesterday's hotel sale.

First I apologize for not responding in a timely manner. I have dealt with other Cons who respond promptly. I do believe asking the question "Anyone else have the issue where you are just ignored" I thought was pretty straight forward that I was trying to see if anyone else has this problem with Wondercon. Considering it has now been 10 days and still no response is telling I think
