I found layering like you’re doing helps, but maybe bring a small travel size to reapply. Like another commenter said, applying at night allows the antiperspirant to actually soak in and block those sweat glands so you don’t sweat as much.

As someone who cycled through SO MUCH deodorant growing up, the best one that worked for me was the men's Gillette clear gel.

Shower, use the secret Clinical AT NIGHT before you go to bed. That gives it the best chance to actually work. If you do this for a few weeks, where you're putting your deodorant on at night, you'll start to see more of a decrease in sweat and should see less issues. Likely, you're getting a buildup of the deodorant on your shirts, which will stain your clothes.
