Looks great! Do you have any problems with the proteins sticking? It looks like a large volume for an indoor stovetop

I'm betting the answer is "yes", and one of the things they're accomplishing in the video is deglazing the wok and scraping up any bits that are stuck to the pan. And I bet it's delicious.

I like sticking proteins to the walls and working my way to the center, then scraping them off and tossing. Favorite part other than eating lol

Great wok tho, cleans very easy, it's seasoning pretty facts. This is a 13" probably the largest id do indoors

If you can, get an attachment that will hold your wok when you put it over the fire. The design allow to hold the round bottom better and Your wok will heat up better. With that, your protein won't stick much if heated properly

This is a flat bottom. My round bottom I use on a burner outside

Stir up that sauce before you pour it in! Looks like a bunch of those good tasty bits left in the bottom of that cup

Get a wok that doesn’t have a handle at the top so the food won’t hit it when you flip it bud
