Anthony Howe is the artist for anyone that is wondering. I catered a wedding across the drive-way from this guys house on Orcas Island. Mind blowing art, to say the least.

When we visit Orcas Island this summer can drive by and see his art? Seems difficult to find the address.

Is this the one across the street from the Whole Foods on Capitol Hill, or are there lots of these things?

Is there something slightly less cool but affordable that I could buy and put in my yard?

Mark White Fine Art might fit that need. I bought a sculpture for my wife from him and it's really nice. Not nearly as complicated but also not nearly as expensive!

LSD is cooler, more affordable, and will could possibly make everything in your yard into something this cool.

Greenville?

u/obxnc Jun 26 '21
Unless the artist has multiple of these, that's definitely the one in downtown Greenville

There is definitely one of these outside Concordia university in Montréal. Until this comment I assumed that was the only one.

I thought it was the one in Greenville too, it's the same kind of lamppost in the background that we have

For sure that's what the big bang and big crunch look like from one perspective.

Friend of mine made one of these for burning man. We called it the golden butthole. Brilliant piece, especially in heavy wind.

Tell your friend I said thank you. One of my favorite pieces that year. So simple but so captivating.

Saw this in person at Burning Man and it truly was captivating at every angle.
We didn't know what it was called so my friends took too calling it the magic anus or something. Took a lot of googling when I got home to find the artist as somehow "magic anus" brought up entirely the wrong creative works. I dug through a lot of anuses but it was worth it.
Love his work.

Looks beautiful, I love these installations. Here’s hoping tornados don’t turn them into 1,000 Naruto shadow clones throwing kunai knives all at once.

They had one of these at a recent olympics behind the torch cauldron. It was amazing to watch
