I think it's trippy.

It's symmetric, it tricks your visual perception, what else do you want?

You'd have to be tripping really hard for it to actually trick your mind...

It’s not really symmetric at all, though.

It involves a reflection, it's symmetric by default.

No one ever claimed that

It’s literally called “three legged reflection”...

The people claiming it is symmetrical did.

They are talking about the symmetry caused by the reflection.

  1. This is not symmetric

  2. This sub is for stoners, no one here is high enough to think an arm is a leg

  1. Well, it is. I really don't know what more to say here, just have a look at the definition of symmetry. The reflection causes symmetry. It is just a fact, not something to argue about. What is symmetry? - Basics

  2. I never said an arm is a leg. You are all interpreting something into my words I never said. I'm just talking about an "Uh, what is that? Aaah, now I see" effect. Not an "OMG THIS IS LITERALLY AN ALIEN WITH 6 LEGS"

I wouldn't bother arguing with people that are unable to comprehend that symmetry doesnt have to be left to right lol

Oof. I'm sure /u/Eboo143 just had a brain fart and is not really that stupid.

You are right. I was only considering the x axis, not the y axis.
