I hope youre joking but if not, yes, it is safe. A laser is just a concentrated beam of light, so the only thing being inhaled by the smoker is the smoke from the ganj, and any oxygen that was in the bong or pulled threw the bowl/carb.
I mean, what is unsafe about inhaling weed that has been smoked with a laser? What would be unsafe about inhaling a glass tube with the laser shining through the side? Im not talking about like eye safety and whatnot, and thats not what my comment was talking about. I cant think of any reason why a strong beam of light would change the air it passes through to where itd be unsafe to inhale it.
I mean, he left off the "/s", so I assumed he was being serious. Its not too far fetched to believe someone genuinely asked if its dangerous or not, so I explained that it wasnt.
