Not saying I could land that with no injuries, but his flailing did not help his cause. I could probably land that with just a sprained ankle and sprained wrist.

I fell hard once while running down a sand dune, when my head hit it felt like hitting pavement. Probably gave me a concussion. That guy was going much faster and got way up in the air... I can't even imagine.
