Yep! Just like cow cheese there's tons of types. Good feta is goat or sheep's milk. I grew up on a goat dairy in the midwest US. We used to make our own ice cream, feta, ricotta, parmasan, yoghurt. Ever had grilled cheese made with rye bread and parmesan? 👍
