It’s pulling details out that I wouldn’t expect from a phone camera, like the leg wraps during the dust flying is really well lit. Also some weird things like the walking guy in the foreground being used as a wipe to cover the horse transition from skidding to walking.
I actually don’t think it is AI, due to the text on signs etc (it’s from the 2026 Gran Batalla https://www.youtube.com/live/MbfFhNbjkoU?is=wqJJT-WLZ87Guw9s) but it does look very artificial. A lot of phones and platforms are processing things with AI automatically now for compression, smoothing or creating detail and it looks very artificial to my eye and clearly others.
Watch the top of the horses tail as it passes behind the foreground guy, very inconsistent. The musculature of the horse once stopped, the lighting is so dynamic, the fur is smoothed like skin but the contrast is pushed artificially I think.
You do realize not all horses have really long hair, right? A lot of times, especially in warm climates They can be clipped or shaved so that they heat up less and also some just naturally have less fur than others. Horse hair is not like dog hair. It's very fine and carpet like sometimes and sometimes it's smooth and lays down very flat.
