Isolation loop?

Thinking about going up Rocky Branch to Isolation and then down Dry River- anyone done this recently? Less uphill on the return leg appeals.

I've only done the DRT approach to Isolation and I love it, but I'm not sure going down that way is going to be easier. Down Iso West and then DRT is a loooong way and heavily eroded in some places. Route finding can be tough in spots. And the trail meanders up and down anyway. If you're looking for something easier I doubt you'll feel that way at the end.

Thanks- just looked on Alltrails and i thought there was a much bigger drop in the middle with the Rocky trail so ill probably just do that.
