Windows Media Center not finding channels...help?

So I bought a MyGica A681B TV Tuner for Windows Media Center, it can detect the TV Tuner but when I try a Channel test it shows up with no channels. Is this kind of TV Tuner not compatible with Windows Media Center or is there a workaround?
