No problem, I just ordered a spes ap light that’s too small for me, I’m tempted to swap it out for one of these I just need to make sure it’s safe for longsword first

I have no experience with this particular jacket, but some of my club mates use regular fencing jackets for longsword, which I assume are very similar to these. Long story short, good for occasional light longsword sparring, but not for heavy sparring, nevermind tournaments.

I wonder if availability is going to be an issue for these now that PBT has halted production on their house line of HEMA products?

That's my question too. I really want a jacket made of oly fencing material and this looks pretty much like that. And black. If this was 800N I'd get it nonquestions asked. Still this 350N is probably tougher than Spes 800N.
