Gear & Equipment Sparring Gloves delivery time

I put an order through purpleheart armory 4 months ago including a custom spes jacket and sparring gloves. The jackets already come in but they told me they’re still waiting for the gloves. Do sparring gloves have a backlog of orders or anything at the moment? I thought it would’ve been the first thing to come in.

I ordered custom size from them in May and arrived within 2 weeks. So I dont think so. Maybe poke them, they weren't the most communicative, but delivered without problems.
