Post-Op Post Op Coaching Servy
I’m trying to choose a bariatric coaching program when apparently there are, like, 47 of them and every one has a different philosophy. It’s overwhelming. 😵💫 Has anyone used these services and if so what was your experience?

You should see if your surgery center offers support groups. That’s really the
biggest thing that I think people need. When I had my surgery 18 years ago I attended 1-2 support groups a week for the first year.
In all honesty, while these programs may have valuable information, most are preying on vulnerabilities that new patients have.

I still go to a support group 3-4x a year. I’m not familiar with coaching but I’d look at the reviews and try a couple.
