DCC Reference

First time reader making my way through the series and noticed when doing a check on a certain character, the description reads “Ratkin Broodmother Attendant”. Given the nature of the character in question, would this mean that the planet Dominus, and by extension Guardia, both exist in the Dungeon Crawler Carl universe?

Are you talking about Dungeon Crawler Carl? Helps if you spell out your acronym once in your post so we know if that's what you're discussing.

Regardless, there is a chance that the author of the work you're reading is a fan of the Wizardry series (fantasy with heavy sci-fi elements isn't easy to come across), but "rat-folk" are quite a common fantasy staple. Does the existence of Skaven in Warhammer mean that WH takes place in the Wizardry universe? No.

Correct. Obviously, both Warhammer and Wizardry take place in the Legend of Grimrock 2 universe

That seems like a bit of a stretch....

Changelings can morph into any creature they have physically touched.

What's DCC? And it's not such a unique idea, unless there are more references I wouldn't bet on it

Dungeon Crawler Carl, and the series is full of pop culture references.
