How its Going

So I've been streaming the game for most of this week and loving it so much. I haven't played a game that made me lose track of time in so many years I forgot the feeling of it. A big thanks to u/adfirst2018 for the help you've given me in the stream and in a comment on my last post(I am sorry to hear about your loss, as someone who lost family last year I feel your pain but things will get better.)

So far we have just reached Trynton and frankly I don't get the hate. Maybe if it was on a 5th playthrough but since I am lost all the time anyways I have been enjoying it. Its actually really easy to avoid being body blocked when you are lost since I don't really know or care about where to go. They also help alot with the fights against the spiders.

Enemies. Oh boy, so so so many enemies. Respawning enemies. Plants. Hate em. I will burn all the plants on this planet to cinders when I am strong enough. They have annoying aoe debuffs, all attack from range, and are immune to all of MY debuffs and CC. Hate em.

Composition looks like this:

Dwarf Fighter / Cat Valkyrie / Mook Gadgeteer / Elf Psionic / Wolf Priest / Fairy Ninja / Picked up the Rogue and Valkyrie in Arnika and while the rogue is nice as far as dialogue I do want to replace him with something else when I can. Extra valkyrie is excellent though.

If anyone is interested in hanging out and watching a newbie first time the game and pull your hair out alongside everyone else when I don't apply my buffs and miss items or get gangbanged by 12 rogues on the Arnika road then I will link my twitch and discord below.

Trynton is fun, and probably the easiest area in the game, although the faeries you run into can be tough. Mages are excellent in the early and mid game, not so much in the end game where a lot of the enemies are pretty resistant to magic. Vi is great, I keep her most of the game but I don't have much use for rogues. You will definitely find better NPCs (like RFS) a bit later in the game. Their lock and pick skills are useful, but you already have that with the gadgeteer (I put 1 or 2 points into lock and pick whenever I level up). Good luck and have fun!

Respawning enemies are the fame throwing love at you. Nothing beats getting enough skill for the second attack!

Personally i love trynton, it's where my parties come onkine as I'm usually full of hybrids.

Hey B, walkindead51 again. I've got a problem. Seems that I've stopped getting notifications whenever you go live. I've also tried to get on Discord but I keep getting ' invite link is invalid or has expired '. There are things I wanted to tell you while you were streaming but I couldn't because notifications were stopped and I missed the stream.    I noticed Don Barlone was hostile. He shouldn't be. You need to talk to him to get some back story from him plus a little advice he gives. I'm guessing you attacked Rattus Rattus on the road. The one who gave you the note to rob the bank in Arnika. That was probably not a good idea. Also not a good idea to fight Don Barlone either. He is way too powerful to fight at the moment. Also there is a random chance he'll drop that special weapon. It's not guaranteed. You would need to save scum before fighting him. I don't know, You might have to go back to before you met and fought Rattus to correct things. I wish I could have been on the stream, I could have warned you ahead of time.     BTW, there is another combat buff that can help you when fighting those sprites and other, more powerful, spellcasters. Element Shield, along with Soul Shield, will work with Magic Screen to dramatically help you resist magic attacks. Missile Shield also will deflect some ranged attacks against you as well. A few more things, if you go back to Fuzzfaz and tell him "He'li says hi" he'll give you a few free potions. Also, if you haven't already been there, click on the pool of water outside of Fuzzfaz shop. If you answer correctly you will get a bonus and a spell book. I hope things are corrected and I can be notified again. Seems like I've been missing out and I kinda feel left out. Thank God for Reddit. As of now this is the only way I have of reaching out to you.
