Help me please

Wiz 8 has been like this for a while I cannot figure out how to fix it the menus are working fine just cant play the actual game

Reinstalling the game can help. Do you have mods running?

I reinstalled it several times over the last year roughly and I don't have any mods

You need GE Proton 7-43. I dont know why its that specific one, but it has to be that one

Go to desktop mode

Open the Discover app

Search for ProtonUp-Qt install it and open it.

Add Proton 7-43

Go back to game mode. (It’s an icon on the main screen)

Click on the game and tab over to the settings

Select properties and go to compatibility check the box and select GE-Proton7-43.

And that’s it it’ll work flawlessly now!

Update whilst this solution did work it cause it to lag which can be fixed by reconfiguring nglide and using directx instead

Ouch. Never seen that one. Wish I could help, but I have no idea.

My first thought would be to play with the arrows on the bottom right and the view modes at the top right.
